Ideation

As an expert in Creative Problem Solving(CPS), I’m able to:

  • Help understand the issue, develop an agenda and create relevant and stimulating activities
  • Facilitate an ideation session that takes advantage of everyone’s skills and preferences, and can include Idea MAXimizers to help push ideas into the realm of breakthrough and revolutionary
  • Idea generation – taking idea nuggets and guiding them into concepts

I also teach the basics of CPS to teams, whether within non-profit organizations, agencies, or client teams.
