One and two day workshops can be customized to meet the needs and experience levels of each group, but include some theory, a great deal of experiential learning activities and practice sessions, as well as opportunities to learn more about yourself as an individual as well as a team.

Creative Problem Solving Training can easily be combined with a facilitated Ideation Session, giving your team the power to think creatively through understanding, and generate ideas by staying focused on the content rather than the process.

Team Building, combined with On-Site interviews is a wonderful way to indoctrinate new team members in the category while updating and refreshing perceptions held by veteran members.

All will have the opportunity to get to know each other better in terms of personalities, preferences, working and thinking styles as well as gain an incredible knowledge base about the target or category.
